Sounds interesting. I have a world-building challenge. Yhe Ghye Ineat - The World of Light - the planet on which the Lakhabrech, the Rakhe'buitya and the Ineya Khara Ansha run riot - is an Earth-style planet. It has an active tectonic system - well, it's in the Alpha Centauri system, and the tidal forces in a wide binary system _do_ have an effect. Yhe Farr are the original inhabitants, and during their time of interstellar exploration they effectively polluted their planet - almost - beyond repair. Consequently Yhe Ghye Ineat has about 65% of all the water it used to have, and 80% of the atmosphere, ergo a lot of the water has precipitated on the Desolate Lands - highlands made up of the former continents - and humanity has largely migrated to the valleys surrounding the remaining sea/ocean basins. About 40% of Yhe Farr "sublimated" - in the term used by Iain Banks in his "Culture" series - about 40,000 years ago, 40% died back, and the remaining 20% regressed to become some sort of savage, back to a more primitive form where they were merely one of the more successful predators. These genetic engineers! I don't know ...!!! Those are Yhe Farr that Lakhabrech and Rakhebuitya escaped from, those are Yhe Farr that still own Nu Ineya Khara Ansha. -- Mau e ki, "He aha te mea nui?" You ask, "What is the most important thing?" Maku e ki, "He tangata, he tangata, he tangata." I reply, "It is people, it is people, it is people."
