two relays

Ok; I've very nearly finished editing my relay text.  I think it's a pretty
good idea dividing the relay into two rings; the 35ish player total is two
months' worth of time after all.  Obviously those people who requested a
language to translate from (any other people with requests might want to
mail me offlist) will all want to be in one ring, and those with multiple
entries would want to spread them between the two relays (I'm taking it that
we're using Teoh's text as the other; would you like to host that one as
well?  If so, I'd like to jump in somewhere in it, with my freshly
refurbished Rixuli).  Aside from the requests of rearrangement, I'll just
split the list down the middle.  I'll send the finalized ordering Friday
evening U.S. Eastern time, and Saturday round the same time announce any
last-second changes and the first piece of the translation.
