You mean systems that treat IO and O the same, and DO differently, as
opposed to the vast majority of languages that treat DO and O the same and
IO differently?
It's in Trask's Dictionary, which I don't have immediately to hand right
now. I want to spell it "dechticaetiative", and Google seems to agree. AHD
has no entry for it, but also no entry that looks like a simple
mis-spelling of the form I gave.
