If I understand well, SAMPA is the official system in this list. I used
ASCII-IPA (http://www.hpl.hp.com/personal/Evan_Kirshenbaum/IPA/faq.html). In
ASCII-IPA, [H] represents a voiceless pharyngeal fricative.
