It is currently dormant; I am not working on it now, but may pick it up again
later. So don't expect any new material soon.
As to why I posted the wrong order, this is something I don't really
know why. There has never been any doubt that Germanech has
prepositions rather than postposition. Perhaps the fact that the word
"preposition" was used with both options misled me.

The syntax has changed; it is now more like that of German: the finite verb
is in second position except in subordinate clauses (such as relative
clauses) where it is in final position, but infinite verb forms are usually
clause-final with the auxiliary in second position.
Otherwise, the material I posted is still valid.
I feel no desire to obtain a Yahoo! membership, and my current interest
in Romance conlangs is fairly low. Yahoo! is always a messy matter
I don't want to get involved with.
