Hi all,

I'm no-mail right now, but I thought I'd send a message about a
dictionary script that was posted to The original
post is here:

But it's rather clunky. I cleaned it up a bit and I rather like the result,
so I thought I'd post on it. Here's the dictionary I made for Epiq:

Since I didn't even know what .php was, it took a *lot* of work just to
get it to work properly, but now that I know how to do it, I can explain
it. If you're interested in setting up a dictionary, let me know. Of
if you know how to work with .php, then you'll probably be able to do
a much better job than I did, and if so, I'd love to see the result. :)

Anyway, for those like me who knew absolutely nothing, in order for
the script to work, you need two things:

(1) A web server that runs PHP
(2) A MySQL database

Luckily, provides you with *both* of these things. Of course, if
need a account, the man to talk to is Christophe Grandsire. Once
your account's been set up, you then need to set up your database, which
doesn't take much time. The website to do so is here:

This'll give you some information (en Francais) about how everything works.
The link to click on is this one:

And all you need to do is enter your password and login and a
will be created for you (the same name as your login name) overnight.

From that point on, you can edit your tables at:

And it's all in English (thankfully. Beaucoup de technical vocabulary!).

If you have any questions you can e-mail offlist at this address (I'm still
going to be no-mail).
