The best source i've seen for them is Ardalambion, found at:
http://www.move.to/ardalambion/
It helps a lot with my conlang Rokbeigalmki, since its speakers inhabit
'the unexplored southern reaches of Tolkien's Middle-Earth' and contain a
substantial minority of Proto-Elven and Nandorin speaking Elves, so there
are many borrowings from those languages into Rokbeigalmki.
