congovernment

i was reading "good government" and i figured i would just put mine in.
my conculture is called venech (their name for themselves) and by others
gloshahtata which roughly means evil blood suckers or vampire. this name was
deserved by their ancestors because they would as a punishment for uprisings and
revolts drain the blood of all thoughs caught. but appx. two centuries prior to
my story a people called the kots arrived on the scene and completely
decimated and enslaved the venech, replacing the old dual matriarchal monarchy (im not
sure if biarchy is a word so i used dual monarchy) with a single king
(shlishkot) with absolute power (enty theosus myer) with two advising councils
(minikykov) who make laws for the individual provinces but these laws of course can
be repealed by the king. now the kingdoms name is goethea the venech version
of the kotish name koetiazh meaning the land conquered by the kots.
