it's "suki" and as you know it's a verbal adjective. there is a verb "to like" written with same kanji : "konomu" as in "okonomiyaki". many verbs make adj like this one : tsutsumu > tsutsumashii urayamu > urayamasu > urayamashii etc. who's doing the "liking" is either wa or ni. like "wakaru" > kore wa boku ni wakaru : i know/ i get it. mathias
