I rather like "First National ConLangCon" (or whatever cap/small arrangement
one decides to use):

First off, that's what it is (AFAWK); and many will know exactly what it
means.

Secondly, it's kind of a linguistic puzzle, a syllabic palindrome, as it
were...

Third, those who don't know will ask, What's that?, giving the wearer an
opportunity to proselytize.

Then there will be those who ask, How do I open an account? but never mind
them. No, wait a minute-- maybe we could rake in some extra funding...;-)))
