I know that at least one natlang does, but for the
life of me, I can't remember it. Maybe an Indic
language?
Tons of languages differentiate laminal-dental and
apical-dental fricatives and affricates: Basque, is a
good example.
I _want_ to say Mandarin has such a distinction as
well, i.e., the difference between /x/ and /sh/, but
I'm not sure yet as to the exact pronunciation of
these phonemes.
