That's probably a typo. Hard to see vowel points in that font...
I'm re-doing everything. A better page for Cyrillic is
http://www.geocities.com/dawier/techcyr.htm -- the Hebrew page isn't up yet,
and I HATE the Arabic orthography I came up with. I'm worried I'll have to
use a bunch of extra letters like Sindhi.
