Fixes to the conlang/conculture wiki.

I've finally been able to get my hands on a machine to work on and a
free evening to do the work in. I've fixed a lot of the problems with
the engine and added some new features.

One problem that's still outstanding is that I wanted to include a
method for marking wikiwords without having to write them LikeThis.
The idea suggested, and the one I attempted to implement was to mark
them [[like this]]. The regex I came up with, which looks just fine
to me is \[\[([^\]]+(][^\]]+)*)]], but for some reason it's working
on CFMX, but not CF5[1]. If anybody can spot anything wrong with this,
I'd appreciate an email offlist.

Other than that, it's rocking!
