Good job!  What really caught my interest is your combined
duodecimal-decimal system, which calls to mind Tolkien's languages written
in Tengwar.  (And Tech shows elements of being both duodecimal AND
vigintesimal traditionaly, but heavy foreign influence is causing a leaning
toward decimal in the modern era.)
