Re: Reverse Relay?

A very ambitious undertaking I fear, too. Neat idea, Paul, but
it requires that everybody have a legible, thorough, and user friendly
description of their language on-line with a comprehensive glossary
in both conlang-English and English-conlang. (Well, you could do a
page search for an on-line glossary, but even so...).

I've suggested before that we have a game in which everyone chooses
somebody else's conlang to learn to say some short thing in. This
would require a great deal of one-on-one discussion between you and
the author of the conlang you picked. May be interesting.

The translation relay is down to five people, now; I will be leaving
for San Antonio a week from Thursday, so I probably won't be able
to play my part should Paul Bennett send me his translation the
day before. I'll just have to do it when I come back. Once I
do, though, I have a question. Should members of the relay post
to the list after I've translated Paul's piece and my original
Teonaht, or should we post to the shorter relay list... in which
case, I either post a long message to conlang with the results in
order, or put it all on a webpage? (both may take some time.)
