Well I was for one. The country that is now Nowapan started out
as a small country to which I just kept adding neighbors. This was
3 years before Nova was officially born. To this day I appreciate
a country that is shaped nicely. I don't like the shape of India
for instance but I find the shape of Brazil very attractive.
