Have you tried Perl with RTF::HTMLConverter and
HTML::WikiConverter::MediaWiki?
I haven't tried RTF::HTMLConverter, but I have used
HTML::WikiConverter::MediaWiki for complicated tables I
made in Nvu. Neither have I tried
HTML::WikiConverter::MediaWiki on HTML created by Word or
OpenOffice, since I fear the worst...
