Well, Izrinbaa~ /Mr`Mm"bA~_k/ has some sort of total phoneme harmony.
It's got two sets of consonants, and each has its own set of five
vowels (though both vowel sets are written with the same vowel letters
since the consonants already designate which family it meant).
Unfortunately, I never created more than the phonology for Izrinbaa~.
