I dont know if this counts (probably not), but in Tagalog, when prefixes
ending in -ng (N), are attached to words beginning with labials (b,p,m),
the ng ending gets changed to 'm',the initial consonant may also get
dropped:
mang + pili - mampili - mamili
A similar thing occurs with the dentals t,d, n, the ng ending gets changed
to n, and the initial consonant of the root may be dropped as well:
mang + dalangin - mandalangin - manalangin
