For my current conlang, I use accented characters to create glides, and=20
to create semi-vowels. E.g., a circumflex over an i or a u create the=20
semi-vowels /j/ and /w/. Also, a grave over a, e, o, u or y causes the=20
vowel to glide to a /j/ sound, so =E8 is pronounced /ej/.
