Anyway, how do I create a font? I want to make one for my conlang. Is there
anyway to do it without trying to draw with the mouse on MSPaint?

You just missed quite a conversation about fonts. There's no real free way,
(unless you're a programmer and can get hold of the TrueType specs) but the best
tools are at http://www.pyrus.com/ I have the FontLab and ScanFont programs, as
recommended to me by the list, the asking price is quite high, but they're truly
incredible. You could probably get by with just ScanFont, if you weren't fussy
and your script didn't use "clever" diacritics. You'll probably also need a
scanner, but that shouldn't break the bank. Or, as has been suggested in the
dim and distant past, you could get some free fax software for your modem
http://www.shareware.com/ and fax yourself the images you wish to turn into
fonts.
