Since I first encountered Quenya and Noldorin in 1989, I've
created about 20 conlangs; the vast majority of which I worked
on for less than a year (many for less than a month)
before abandoning them. Since 1998 when I started working on
gjâ-zym-byn, though, I've never gone more than six months
without doing some development work on it,
and in the last 4-5 years, probably never gone more than two
months without *using* the language; though during that time
I've created nine other conlangs, two of them tolerably well
developed and the other seven mere sketches. So I reckon
by your classification I would be a fickle monagamist.
