Yes, but isn't it a bit odd that some neutral noun
will be the mother of something ?
Maybe something like:
"De taedio omnes nascuntur artes" ?
(don't throw things at me ! I'm a very bad Latinist.
Nevertheless, I think that putting the verb in the
middle of the phrase "omnes artes" looks very elegant.
I'm almost sure Cicero might have said something like
that).
