Well, a search of the archives will confirm that it was originally *mine*! <G>
It was particularly apposite at the time, my having made an enormous fule of
myself in a preceding post.
While I'm in the mood, I'll point out that I think it *may* have been me who
originally added "rule one:" (and possibly "screw the insrutable") to another
sig I've seen hereabouts (originally on sci.lang(?) many many moons ago), but I
wont discount independant innovation for that one. <G>
