a lang creation program idea

Hi,
I'm here to tell you about a little project I’m working on while I learn
Turbo Pascal. That program is an integrated language creation prog that I
hope to transfer to Turbo Vision when I get to that section of the
tutorial, currently I would like to know if any one else could lend a hand,
or if any one's just interested in a app like that.

current features I plan to include:

Text editor, for writing grammars
Word generation
Sound definition
Transliteration scheme definition, for translation(hopefully)
