I think I can help with the translation (if it's not too long). But
there is a problem: I'll be offline for several days.
Do you need specifically *Old* Church Slavonic? I am more suited to
the Moscow system of spelling for 'modern' Church Slavonic (in use
since 17th century in Russia). But I believe I can imitate some older
system of orthography, too.
I'll ask people about which Saint is more likely to be addressed with
such prayer. I can also try to find out if any short traditional prayer
exists for such cases. I know that Orthodox priests sometimes pray
'about the fertility of land', but it's a relatively lengthy text.
