Orthodoxy doesn't have "patron saints" quite the same way that the
followers of the Bishop of Rome do. There are saints whose lives might
mean that they are favored by farmers, and there are saints to whom some
farmers might pray for help, but that can vary widely from region to
region. Since you're probably looking for a Slavic Saint, I can't help
you much beyond that.
The other thing is that a peasant or farmer might venerate a saint to
help with his farming even though that saint is not notable for
agricultural acts. This could be because the farmer in question was
named for that particular saint.
