Celticonlang list is moving to Onelist.

In case people don't know the Celticonlang list, an offshoot of this list
which exists for the discussion of Celtic Constructed Languages is moving
to Onelist.  Since Brithenig tends to predominate, people who are
interested in this field are invited to come and join in, and maybe even
up the balance...
