I just checked my spam folder and I see half a dozen messages all with the subject "Your email was blocked", all 73 KB long. This isn't an atypical amount of spam for me, so I wouldn't have noticed anything unusual about it. Probably some spammer has got their hands on a membership list for this group. Unfortunately I get these sorts of messages so frequently that I've given up caring about them; it's not worth my time, so I use POPFile to filter out whatever spam gets through my ISP's SpamAssassin filter. http://popfile.sourceforge.net/ I've been getting a 99.74% accuracy with POPFile since the last time I reset the statistics (February of last year). Unfortunately, I've had a couple of false positives in that time (messages that POPFile labels as spam even though they're not), but nothing really critical. Still, every once in a while I skim over the subject lines in the spam folder to see if anything looks like genuine mail.
