An interesting project, but founded on faulty assumptions, IMHO.
I don't think meaning can be removed from its home language
and distilled into a linguistically neutral form; at least, not
the meaning of any non-trivial text. I don't think the myriad examples
of different translators producing different results given the
same source material and target language are a case of all but one of
them "getting it wrong", for instance.
