You can of course do what you want in your conlang, but be aware of
the fact that that Mr. Ryan is, as has been pointed out already by
Tom Wier, considered a crackpot even by most of those who are
open-minded towards long-range comparisons. And his "Proto-Language"
is not even a good conlang from the naturalist standpoint - it just
doesn't look like a plausible human language.
