I admit I have only seen bits of tPB, so I don't know if a Celtic-influenced
Romance lang would be appropriate, but what the heck :)
As for the micronation in Milwaukee, I think you're thinking of Talossa'n.
It's at www.talossa.com, but last time I looked I didn't find much info on
it.
I was excited to find out that Henning now provides a Latin lexicon for
Langmaker, but that turned to disappointment when I found out it doesn't
indicate vowel length and usually gives only one form of each word, making
it nearly useless for a conlang in the style of French or Spanish. :(
