Brithenig as Florinese? Pushing the envelope into a parcel-shaped parcel I think just a tad. A quick skim through the original book version shows that people in Florin have names like Buttercup, Wesley and Morgenstern. I have no doubt that Florinese would make a great Romance conlang but I would suggest that it has heavy Anglo-Germanic influences.
