I have recently begun a new conlang, Phaleran (/p_halEr@n/, when anglicized),
based on a futurehistory plot of a civilization on the planet Phalera, which is a moon
the size of earth orbiting the real planet just discovered by scientists around the
star Upsilon Andromedae. It's basically much the same as what you describe:
a hellish phonology! Well, not really, but it's certainly designed for fun, and not just
to be
easy for anglophones. I haven't worked out the morphology or syntax, yet, though.
Other details are still sketchy.
