My Seimi isn't Romance but rather Saami/Gaelic/a priori, but
it doesn't use possessives either. Examples:
mà mis donn [ma: mIs dVn]
kingdom GEN 2SG
'your kingdom'
isae mis mae ['ISaj mIs maj]
father GEN 1PL
'our father'
Apparently, though, there were possessive pronouns at an
earlier stage of the language. The archaic version of "Our
father" begins _isae minn_ 'father our'.
