- This just reminded me... i have a friend in college who's from the suburban town of Jericho, in Long Island, New York. When he first came to college (about 200 miles upstate of the NYC metro area), one of his roommates remarked, upon hearing that he's from Jericho, something like "wow, you don't have an accent from being from Israel!" -Stephen (Steg) "talk to me... ooooooo... talk to me..." ~ a song on the radio about 10 minutes ago
