Yes. Except for don/doña or titles with posesive pronoun already in (_misia_, _usia_), names with titles uses a definite article or a posesive pronoun: el señor Pérez el doctor González el señor Pedro don Camilo misia Helena mi coronel Ramírez There is also common to use the definite article _la_ with a last name when talking about women. If article is omited a lastname will probably suggest a man.
