What should I do about publishing Relay 8?

Relay 8, "ikt mallsheuronrelguz", which took place last year, is nearly
ready for publication. However, I'm missing a couple of things.
For one language, don't have a smooth translation. The author of that
language hadn't kept his relay materials, so I did a translation of his
version myself, and sent it to him to check. He hasn't responded.
For another language, I have nothing at all. The author, last time we were
in contact, believed that he still had his materials. However, when he
looked, the first text he found was from a different relay. When he wrote
to me, I was on holiday, which delayed me getting back to him. I gave him
more clues as to what to look for, but I haven't heard from him since.
What should I do next? I'm anxious to get the relay published ASAP -
there's some good stuff in there, and I don't want the efforts of the
participants to go to waste. I'm crossposting this message to the CONLANG
list and the relay list in the hope that the relevant people will see it
and be aroused to action.
