if you need to save space (there's not much spaces here ^_-), maybe:
'&d@l - (n) government, leader; ~dris - (vb) to establish government;
~drisI - (n) one who establishes government; ~dris@n - (adj) being the
product of establishing government; ~e - (n) good government (lit. gov. w
warmth/vitality); ~eT - (n) system of government, constitution; ~eTdris -
(vb) to design a constitution; ~eT@f - (adj) consistent with the
constitution, constitutional; ~eT@n - (adj) in the constitution; ~eTkI:Rk -
(n) meeting to decide a constitional matter; ~eTl@m - (n) constitutional
expert; ~@f - (adj) fit to govern; ~K@m - (n) leadership expert; ~@n - (adj)
coming from the government; ~kra - (n) associated group of governments;
~kI:Rk - (n) meeting of government; ~kI:RkOf - (adj) being a member or
property of a gov. meeting; ~kI:Rk@n - (adj) being the output of a
government meeting; ~Of - (adj) government property; being part of
government; ~Op - (adj) poor government (lit. without warmth/vitality);
&x'~re:Rn - (n) leadership instinct; &x'~x'&d@l - (vb) to access the
services of the government; &x'~hI - (n) one who frequently accesses
government services; &x'~kI:Rk - (n) meeting about government services; etc.
...
this way is often used in german dictionaries. (of course all the entries
should be <b></b>ed)
