Takes practice, but once you're used to it, you can usually figure out
what a word is supposed to be. And usually when there is confusion, it
has to do with a phoneme that's missing, like, the l/r confusion, which
problem would as easily arise when writing in a different *alphabet* if
the alphabet lacked a certain distinction.
