Language creation in your conlang

In Ikanirae Seru it would be:
serurokiya
[sE4u-4okIja]
seru = language, speech, speak, say
rokiya = make, making
The compound can be a noun - language-making
or a verb - "to language-make"
(Hey - that's sort of incorporation! But it's not a normal process.)
