ADMIN: Use of multiple identities on Conlang

It is permitted to use multiple identities (email addresses) when posting
to the Conlang list, for whatever reason.  I do it myself, because I
post from both home and work and have to use different addresses.

People who do this, however, must make their best efforts not to exceed
the daily posting limit.  In particular, it is contra bonos mores to
use multiple identities to contravene the limit.  I will, if necessary,
use my Strange Powers to prevent misuse of this sort.

A word to the wise is efficient.
