Re: Essentialist Explanations, 8.0 edition

Well, since I've seen other conlangs around, and that the best humour is
laughing at oneself, I'll throw a few of mine:

Astou is essentially Greek and Latin spoken by Incas.
Moten is essentially Basque with all the difficulties thrown out.
Reman is essentially the prodigal son of Latin.
Notya is essentially Japanese with all the grammar thrown out.
Chasmäöcho is essentially a reader's nightmare.
O is essentially the product of an amnesiac.
Narbonósc is essentially French spoken by a Provençal who drank too much Pastis.

I'm still thinking of some nice essential explanations for Tj'a-ts'a~n, Azak and
Itakian.
