Here are some on my favorite topic, Ancient languages:
Egyptian is essentially Coptic with no vowels written
Coptic is essentially Egyptian with no vowels pronounced
Oscan is Latin with every other consonant changed to f.
Etruscan is essentially composed of the various sounds eminated by the
cartoon character Pinky from Animaniacs.
Modern Greek is essentially Ancient Greek, with all the consonants pronounced
as fricative, and all the vowels pronounced as [i]
Modern Hebrew is essentially bits of Ancient Hebrew from every period, spoken
by an East-European
Modern Latin is essentially Classical Latin full of neologisms that end in -
trum.
Church Latin is essentially reverse-engineered Italian
Erasmian Latin is essentially Church Latin as spoken by Germans
