Rokbeigalmki has simple and more complex ways of doing this.
Let's take Tólosed as an example:
WA'TÓLOSED = "to Tólosed"
NGA'TÓLOSED = "from Tólosed"
are the two simple cases.
Then there are more specific compound prepositions, such as:
WA'TAUR TÓLOSED = "into Tólosed"
NGA'TAUR TÓLOSED = "from inside Tólosed"
(TA' / TAUR = "in")
WA'SAUR TÓLOSED = "to by/near Tólosed"
NGA'SAUR TÓLOSED = "from by/near Tólosed"
(SA' / SAUR = "with")
