Santeri Junttila created Galîque, a language derived from Common Slavic with an
entirely French orthography and phonology. It has been discussed on
Slaviconlang a few months ago.
Not completely on topic, but when I worked in Luxemburg six years ago, I used
to exchange messages with a French colleague (via the "net send" command), that
were usually written in English with a French orthography, in order to imitate
a French accent in English: "Bigue brozère ize ouatchingue ïou".
