Hancha Software? (and ganbun script)

Dear list:

A few weeks ago I downloaded a programme where you input a Chinese
character and it spits out the Korean pronunciation for you.  I
absent-mindedly deleted it and now I need it. :)  I have no clue
what the damn thing was called or where I got it from and I've
driven myself crazy trying to find it on Google.  Does anyone know
of such a programme and where I might find it?

Another thing: I've recently read about a script called ganbun which
was meant for writing Taiwanese and is supposed to be similar to
hangul.  Can anyone point me to a link about it?
