I had thought about it, too :)
My main problem was your #2.
I think I could probably make space on shavian.org, which houses my
material on Mark Rosenfelder's languages under shavian.org/verdurian/ --
how much space is "enough space"? Isn't it mostly text, that is,
adding up to maybe a meg or so? I can't imagine a conlang relay taking
up that much webspace.
