Well, it was one of the star attractions (if you can call it that) of Bill Clinton's tour of the nation's poorest places. Supposedly, it rivals San Antonio's Corales (sp?), a ghetto of nearly Aghani levels of poverty created by the local elite because it had too many unsightly brown people living there.
