I can help some (beyond the extra $3.50 that I think David estimated), but
I haven't figured out how much. I'm going to wait until tomorrow to figure
it out; I could win the lottery! By the way, did you ever receive my
payment (I mailed it on Saturday). If not, I'll have to send another check
anyway.
